This 100-acre island resort
just off the southern tip of Guam is a popular day resort for every
kind of water sport. Surrounded by a clear, turquoise lagoon;
Cocos Island is just a short ride from the
village of Merizo, where a ferry operates to transport people to and
from the island for a small fee. Cocos Island offers jet skiing,

Also on the island is a species of beautiful white seabirds called
fairy terns. Other living creatures dwelling on the island
include playful tropical butterflies, monitor lizards, and of
course coconut crabs. Hermit crabs also riddle he white
