
The park is filled with one large pavilion (shown in
the background on the left) and many other smaller pavilions that can
be used by the general public anytime. There are about a dozen
smaller pavilions scattered throughout the park. During the
weekdays the park is fairly empty and most of the pavilions are free
to use. The larger pavilion is usually reserved during the
weekend for holding various private and community events, and the
smaller pavilions are usually always occupied as well during the
weekends. So get there early during the weekend if you want a
spot! In the picture you can see the lifeguard tower in the
background on the beach behind the large pavilion. Make sure to
bring your barbeque grills as most of the pavilions don't have grills.
